The sessions, the details, and how to prepare.
LEEF is slow, intentional, full-body bodywork. It's a chance to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
Every session follows a natural flow that adapts to your body, not a rigid routine. Nothing is rushed. Each sequence is given the time it deserves, so the body can fully settle and let go.
Start with the introductory session on your first visit. Every visit after is the Full Experience.
New to LEEF? I keep the same slow, intentional flow and simply leave out a few sequences rather than speeding up. It's a way to experience the work before committing to the full two hours.
The complete experience, and the one I recommend. Every sequence flows into the next, unhurried. Occasionally a session runs a little past two hours if that allows for a more natural finish.

Nothing to prepare mentally. But here's how it flows.
A few quiet words, and time to leave the outside world at the door.
You get comfortable in your own time. Warmth, low light, no rush.
Slow, full-body bodywork, responsive to you. Talk or stay quiet, whatever feels right.
We finish gently, with time to reorient. No abrupt endings.
Come freshly showered, with good personal hygiene. It makes the session more comfortable for us both.
Brush your hair beforehand. It makes the head and scalp sequences much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Arrive a few minutes early, so you're not rushing in.
Silence your phone and set the day aside. There's nothing to achieve here.
