How I handle the information you share with me through this website.
This is my personal website for LEEF bodywork in Vancouver. I keep things simple. I collect only the details you choose to send me, I use them only to reply and to arrange your session, and I never sell or share them for marketing. The rest of this page explains that in a little more detail.
When you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to add it, and your message. You provide these voluntarily so that I can respond to you.
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of a visit. My web host maintains these for security and reliability.
I use the details you send only to reply to you, answer your questions, and arrange a session. Nothing more.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not send newsletters or marketing messages.
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to me by email and arrives in my personal inbox. My email is provided by Google (Gmail), so once your message arrives it is handled by Google as my email provider.
I keep the messages you send for as long as I need them to help you and to keep a record of your message. If you would like me to delete your information, just ask and I will.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do any of these, email me at hello@paulmunroe.co.
My practice and this website are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in British Columbia.
I take reasonable care to protect the information you share with me. That said, no method of sending information over the internet or storing it is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.
I may update this page from time to time. When I do, I will change the date at the top.
